#25: A.K. Larkwood, The Thousand Eyes (The Serpent Gates #2)
Second half of a duology where the first book stood on its own, but the second book does not. I didn't really know what to say about the first book except that I loved it. This book doesn't have quite the same impact, and didn't manage to stick the landing, but it's still a fun ride that goes in unexpected directions.
