I heard some terrible things about the New 52 when they first came out, especially concerning their treatments of Batgirl and Starfire, so I mostly steered clear - but these grabbed my eye at the library, and I have to say, I really enjoyed them! Their take on Harley is refreshingly feminist and fun, without any of the backstory baggage I've come to expect from other DC compilations, and reads more like an episodic sitcom than a drawn-out drama. Her girl power team-ups with Poison Ivy and Power Girl were my favorite story lines.
