As the title suggests, Alice's campaign to overthrow the elder Readers will be successful - but at what cost?
This was a great series that managed to be comforting without being too predictable, with characters that I enjoyed spending time with. Also, it's kind of nice that when the contour of the story was four books long, the publisher let it be four books instead of padding it out to five or squeezing it into three. (The fact that this book was divided into Part One and Part Two made it very clear they could have tried to stretch it to five, but that would have been cruel.)
